Probate Loan

Probate delays can take many more months than the six months they have to pay IHT. Slow moving bureaucracy shouldn’t force them to sell a property below the fair market value in order to achieve a sale in that tax timeframe.

A loan to pay their inheritance tax bill while they wait for the estate to pass into their name will make matters simpler. Give them time to sell the property at its true value.

Refurbishment Loan

Similarly if they need time to refurbish, refresh or modernise the inherited property before selling it then we can finance it.

This is something that often isn’t possible in the 6 months timeframe.

We can arrange for a refurbishment loan so they can get the very best value for their inherited property.
